Just stumbled upon the page on your website https://blog.agirregabiria.net/2009/01/velocidad-de-navegacin.html where you link out to the internet speed test on Audit My PC (❌www.auditmypc.com/internet-speed-test.asp) but that speed test no longer exists.
I have actually developed an internet speed test myself, along with a comprehensive guide on how to identify and fix connection problems you might have.
